\n\nGo to the form general\u00a0Options<\/strong>, to the Mobile<\/strong>\u00a0tab, and check the ‘Allow data to be pushed to mobile devices’\u00a0<\/strong>box.<\/p>\n
This option will allow data to be sent to your users’ mobiles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Step\u00a02: Pre-fill\u00a0and send form.<\/h2>\n
Three options are available, but this tutorial only deals with two of them.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Option 1 : Pre-fill a form through the Web Entry.<\/div>\nWhen you have just a few forms to send to filed works, you can choose this option.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n\n- \n
- Go to the menu Data<\/strong> -> Planning<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Click on Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Fill in the fields: Select a form, Start of the event and End of the event.<\/li>\n
- Click on Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The web entry<\/a> is opening.<\/p>\n
- \n
- Pre-fill the desired form with all the available information you have, passing through the web Entry.<\/li>\n
- Once you input the data, click on Transfer<\/strong> and then assign a recipient to the form (the list proposed is that of your users).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

<\/span>Option 2 : Pre-fill forms through Excel import.<\/div>\nWhen you have lots of forms to pre-fill, we recommend this option. Much more practical!<\/em><\/p>\n
1. Set up the\u00a0import model.<\/h4>\n
Here you will define your import model, in correlation with the Excel file that you will create in the second step.<\/p>\n

- Go to your form Options,<\/strong> then in the imports (Push) tab<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- Select Main form.<\/li>\n
- Fill in the number of lines to ignore<\/strong> on Excel. As a general rule, it is the first line that corresponds to the titles given in each column. The computer will not take this line into account.<\/li>\n
- Drag and drop the fields to be pre-completed in the form from left to right.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

You can create your own template but we advise you to use the one generated by Kizeo Forms.

- Go to the menu Planning<\/strong> -> Data<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Click on\u00a0 Import CSV\/Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Select your form.<\/li>\n
- Download your excel file template.<\/li>\n
- Fill in your Excel file and save it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- For the Checkboxes fields: write “true” in your Excel document if you want your checkbox to be checked.<\/li>\n
- For the Geolocation fields: enter the address with a Latitude,Longitude format.<\/li>\n
- Even if a field has a default value, you must enter it.<\/li>\n
- You must pre-fill all the References elements<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- In order to separate a multiple type list, you must insert commas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
3. Import the Excel file to push the forms<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n

- Go to the menu Planning<\/strong> -> Data<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Click on\u00a0 Import CSV\/Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Select your form.<\/li>\n
- Choose your previously Excel file by clicking on Select a file to import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- At the end of the uploading, click on Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
