As a reminder, with the block tag<\/a> you can customize your report according to your input ! These tags work only on the Word and its custom-made\u00a0PDF.<\/p>\n

In your custom-made Word<\/a>, you have a checkbox list and you want its title to be visible only if one or more check boxes are checked.<\/p>\n

This is quite possible using the block tags!<\/p>\n

From the Back-Office:<\/h2>\n

Add all of your check boxes<\/strong> into a Table<\/strong> and go to its Advanced tab<\/strong> options to block the number of rows in the table to 1<\/strong>.
\nThen, go to the options of your checkboxes<\/strong> and check the box “Delete unwanted paragraph on custom-made Word\/PDF if missing or hidden data<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Block tag on your custom Word:<\/h2>\n

Before your title and following your checkboxes, insert the tag\u00a0##_block:tag_of_your_table##<\/code>.
\nThen, add to your Word<\/a> a 1×1 table (one row\/one column) with inside the tags<\/strong> of your check boxes<\/strong>.
\nBe sure to skip paragraphs<\/strong> (Enter key) to separate your elements.<\/p>\n

Tips<\/span>: You can make the cell of your table invisible on Word!<\/p>\n

The setting is completed. Henceforth, if one<\/strong> or more<\/strong> of your boxes are checked<\/strong>, your title will always be visible<\/strong>! Otherwise, it will remain hidden.<\/p>\n
