Go to &#8220;Create a form&#8221;.<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Log on to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kizeoforms.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online platform (Form builder)<\/a> and click on\u00a0<strong>&#8216;Forms&#8217;<\/strong> and click on <strong>&#8216;Create a form&#8217;.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Choose if you prefer create a new personalised form or use a template from <a href=\"https:\/\/kizeoformscom.kinsta.cloud\/en-us\/build-share-your-library-kizeo-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the library<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kizeo offers some pre-built forms in its <strong>&#8216;Library&#8217;<\/strong>. They are common examples of what you can do. The Library was only created to get you a rough idea of the various functionalities and scenarios possible with the Kizeo Forms platform. Name and build your form.<\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;re now about to create your first form.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name your form.<\/li>\n<li>On the\u00a0<strong>right<\/strong>\u00a0hand side of your screen are the different fields\u00a0to build your form.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Now, on the<strong>\u00a0left<\/strong>\u00a0hand side is the\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">virtual tablet representing your form (blue box)<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Drag the elements on the right hand side and drop them on the tablet, as shown below.
