The name comes from five Japanese words beginning with an &#8220;S&#8221; that define each step:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Seiri<\/em> (<strong>SORT<\/strong>): Remove from the workplace all objects that are not necessary.<\/li>\n<li><em>Seiton<\/em> (<strong>SET IN ORDER<\/strong>): Place the items in a location that is convenient and logical for the worker.<\/li>\n<li><em>Seiso<\/em>\u00a0(<strong>SHINE<\/strong>): Make the workplace clean and free of dirt.<\/li>\n<li><em>Seiketsu<\/em> (<strong>STANDARDIZE<\/strong>): Set a standard of making the workplace clean and organized.<\/li>\n<li><em>Shitsuke<\/em> (<strong>SUSTAIN<\/strong>): Make sure that those changes are implemented and last in the long run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Features used<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/\/kizeoformscom.kinsta.cloud\/en\/the-choice-element\/\" target=\"_blank\">Choice element<\/a>: very convenient to quickly select the answer to each question.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/\/kizeoformscom.kinsta.cloud\/en\/understanding-the-referential-list\/\" target=\"_blank\">list<\/a>: instead of typing the name of the person filling out the checklist, you just need\u00a0to select the name among a list of employees that you previously created.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/\/kizeoformscom.kinsta.cloud\/en\/the-calculation-element\/\" target=\"_blank\">Calculation feature<\/a>\u00a0allows to get automatically the total score of the audit.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/\/kizeoformscom.kinsta.cloud\/en\/the-table-element\/\" target=\"_blank\">Table<\/a> will allow you to add as many comments as you need.<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/\/kizeoformscom.kinsta.cloud\/en\/customize-pictures-in-your-reports\/\" target=\"_blank\">Photo<\/a>: take photos from your mobile device to back up your comments\u00a0and include them to your report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Download and customize<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From your platform, it is easy to download the\u00a0<em>5S Audit\u00a0Checklist<\/em>\u00a0template by going to the\u00a0<strong>Form<\/strong>\u00a0Page and then clicking the\u00a0<strong>Library<\/strong>\u00a0button.
